Photographer’s Note

At 9 p.m. on a beautiful Spring evening, a lone angler fishes the upper reaches of the River Clyde at Thankerton.

A favourite spot of mine, I liked the low warm sun as it lit the yellow broom, the trees and, of course, the village of Thankerton and Tinto Hill in the distance.

I increased the ISO to 400 for this one which was shot in RAW and converted and edited in PSE6.
