Photographer’s Note

i realise this is quite a popular shot in hk and having seen it some many times here on TE, i thought i would give it a go. the night was really nice, a slight breeze, freshness in the air. i had my new fish eye lens and was a little apprehensive as to the results i would get. i think it turned out quite well!

it says the exposure time was 0, but from memory, it was about 30secs on remote shooting.

beautiful nighttime panorama, captured with excellent management of the light. The small distorsion of the lens gives a pleasant wrapping effect. Compliments!

Hi Craig,

What a beautiful view, I love the colour variation you have maintained even in this light, I am not sure whether you should have corrected the lens distortion, but excellent shot .. wonderful image..
