many photos has been taken of this fabulous monument, i went there to try to find new POV, I was a bit lucky to have a canoe passing underneath the first arch.

Hia raggione, il POV e' molto insolito e a me piace.

In generale fra tutte le foto preferisco la prospettiva insolita cha abbia una nota artistica.

Un bel monumento dell'arte architettonica romana!

C'e uno simile nelle vicinanze di Genova e sempre mi attrae molto.

Molto ben fatto!

un cadrage renversant. la couleur du kayac en accord avec les pierres du pont c'est trop fort!.

An unusual perspective that creates a great diagonal of the aquaduct. I like the sharp details and the colors but mainly this very dramatic view of it.

hi Didier,
I like tilting my camera to add a twist to the shot, so no surprise that I like your approach a lot :) the looming arch immediately draws attention to the intricate structure, while the yellow kanoe is a nice touch, such little details always make the photo more interesting.

mission réussie ! tu as su trouver un POV original pour ce monument souvent photographié. J'aime beaucoup le résultat que cela donne. Le kayak est un joli bonus.

Hi didier,

A very refreshing pov from this indeed famous monument. Again to far away for me to do it in a short trip, but it still stands on my list of one of these "must see" structures...
Your heavy tilt and including of the canoe is a nice touch to all this...very nice work.

Bonjour Didier,
C'est vrai que le canoé vient joliment compléter la vue.
Mais c'est surtout le tilt qui ajoute du caractère à ce superbe pont. La perspective est ainsi accentuée, avec de belles lignes, j'aime beaucoup.

Un angle inabituel pour ce monument hyper photographié... Cette image donne le vertige. Et puis il y a le kayak qui parait monter vers le pont.

La presentation verticale mets en valeurs ton image dans le nouveau design du TE (que je digere mal pourtant), Didier. La facon de voir ainsi cette grandiose construction est optimale. je la considere comme une petite lecon utile de la bonne photo. Merci ami,

Interesting use of tilt, with good sharpness, colour & framing on the ancient Roman aquaduct. The small, yellow kayak, makes a good focal point. Bon weekend!

a particular pov indeed to exalt the beauty of this aqueduct, very beautiful the perspective. the Romans were indeed great engineers, their works have practically come up to us intact, who knows if some work of our time in 2000 years will be still visible.

Bonjour Didier,

Le canoe fait presque entierement la photo en jouant sur les couleurs et en rappelant celle de l aqueduc.
C est vrai que ce pont a deja ete plusieurs fois photographié et qu il est tres difficile de trouver un point de vue original maintenant.
J apprecie la demarche meme si en regle generale, je ne suis pas tres fan des cadrages tiltés (meme s il m arrive de les utiliser de temps a autres; c est vrai que bien utilisé comme ici, ca dynamise pas mal).

Tu as réussi de prendre un PdV original et superbe. C'est curieux comme il y a une espèce de balance malgré l'inclination et rotation de la perspective. Je ne crois pas que le kayak est très important pour la rendre attirante, mais certainement qu'il est un bon bonus.
