Photographer’s Note
Just before the entrance to Wilsons Promontory National Park is Duck Point. On the east coast fronting Corner Inlet there are boat launching facilities and a water front caravan park. Duck Point offers spectacular views towards the south and east of many of Wilsons Promontory's mountain peaks and coastal features.
It also has a short coastal walk, where we found this "pigface", a suculent ground plant which does well in sandy coastal conditions.

Hi stephen. Very nice colours and light make the image light- hearted and inviting. The low POV gives us a detailed and intimate view of the vegetation and puts us close to Mother earth. Nice work. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Steve, you really made the most of that trip to Wilsons Prom - and we are reaping the benefits. This is a beautifully composed shot. I love the low POV. You managed the light superbly too and I like the vertical framing. Great job, Lisa.

Hello Steve, The flower in the FG caught my eye while looking at the thumbnails, not disappointed, nice natural colours, excellent detail & clarity, 10mm FL, F13 & low POV combined well enabling you to produce an image that has great depth, is very sharp & right up close to the flower that catches the eye & makes this scene come to life.
Thanks
Santo
