Photographer’s Note
On 15th April was Vishu, a Hindu festival in Kerala and this is called 'Vishu Kanni'. The Photo/statue of 'God' is kept wit flowers,fruits,Jewelery,coins etc on the previous night and next day early morning we witness this, first thing in the morning. Usually the ladies get up early watch the 'Vishu Kanni' and then bring other family memebers one by one and you open your eyes in front of 'God' and pray him to bless you.This is celebrated every year. For lunch there will be a feast and then children burst crackers to celebrate vishu.
