Photographer’s Note

This old barn I found in a local village called Sandy Lane near Calne in Wiltshire. It was amongst all the thatched cottages, which I hope to show soon, I found this little gem behind the local pub hidden from sight.

I like a lot old rural buldings . This one is wonderful , even in a poor condition . Your framing is excellent . Soft colors and tonalities are pleasant , too .

Hallo, William/Billy,
Is the Sleeping Beauty inside? Will you wake her with a kiss?
Anyway, there is great beauty in this picture which you present in natural colours. Good POV which lets you show the red wall framed by the contrasting greens of the trees and grass. And the white-framed window in just the right place. But no note, alas.

welcome to TE! A beautiful capture of this old house in its lovely surroundings, excellent sharpness and very nice colors. Is it really a barn? Because looking at the chimney I get the impression of a house. I would be grateful for a note explaining the location and the purpose of this fascinating building.
