Sunny afternoon Photo

Photographer’s Note

Barcelona seen from Park Güell in a warm and sunny afternoon. Park Güell is a fabulous place, full off better and better buildings designed by the genious architect Antoni Gaudí. This big terace is situated at the top of the park. From here you can see the city below (Sagrada Família in the middle, Hotel Arts and Torre Mapfre to the right) and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

I want to start a (group) theme where I'll collect photos with songs added to it. If you want to join, you just have to add a link of a song in the note of the photo and add it to the theme. My aim is making the photo more personal, also adding something from the mood of the photographer when taking or when uploading it. I want to let experiences not only for the eyes but for the ears at the same time.

Hi Marton. A colorful and lively impression from Park Güell, with a fine choice of vantage point to get this comprehensive framing. Good impression of depth and lots of details to be discovered in this one, nice work indeed.

Nice idea with the new theme, too - I'll see if I can add one of my next postings to it :)

Hi Marton,
While I write this commentary I am listening to the music of your link, and it works very well accompanying to the image.
Good capture from a good POV, you have caught the atmosphere of the Park Güell with the people enjoying the views on the city and also Gaudí's architecture.
I like the angle of framing that you have chosen, is not the most usual, but has a good perspective and depth.
Good management of the light and of the color.
