Photographer’s Note
Fushimi Inari Shrine is dedicated to the fox, the Shinto god of rice. Athe shrine is is probably most famous for the tens of thousands of vermillion torii that cover the hills behind the shrine's main buildings. It takes about two hours of walking to cover the whole collection.
