Photographer’s Note
The Millenium Wheel or the London Eye was, when it was erected, the tallest Ferris wheel in the World. Today it is still the biggest in Europe with 135 metres height. A ride on this wheel takes 30 minutes. The Tussauds Group is the owner of the wheel. British Arways was some years ago joint owner. Still today a ride on the wheel is called a flight and when it is finishing you can hear trought the loudspeakers "Prepare for landing".

Some internet weather forecast pages announced a cloudy, rainy day on that sunday. I loved that they failed.
