Shine on, guiding light
I see your lighted beacon, shining bright.

I don't have a boat, and I'm not out at sea
But I feel as though your light,
is guiding within me.

Daylight, is your time of rest and sleep
But when dusk appears,
my sense of safety you keep.

Your light is strong, shining bold and bright
It can be seen for many miles, your guiding light.

Whether arriving from the sea, or standing real near
Your light shines bright,
dissolving all sense of fear.

Shine on, guiding light
I feel safe, with a sense of home,
when I see your bright beacon light.

A fine view with a touch of the mysterious...
A beautiful sculpted foreground under a special sky. Good choice for a low horizon, and the lighthouse lights and their reflections bring the view to life.

Hi Miguel,

I really like this shot, especiall the wavy reflections of the lights casting down over the beach on the right. The overall blue cast is nice, and I like the slight haziness in the sky from the longer exposure.

Excellent long exposure here! The effect of the long exposure on the moving water add to the mood of the shot. The blending of natural and artificial lighting is excellent. The colors are good and the photo is sharp and crisp. The sky is great and you have captured it perfectly.

Great image, This is one of the best images today. Good POV. I would have cropped about a third of the sky out of the pic. But that is just me. Nice image.

Hi Miguel,

Really like this cool toned sunset shot and the lighthouse adds a homely human element. Love the refelction of the lights in the sand.

My only personal preference would have been to see more of the foreground details and less of the sky as I think the upper portion of the sky doesn't add anything extra to the shot whereas the foreground would have done.

Nicely composed image, the lighthouse adds a breat deal of interest and adds to the overall balance of the image. But those rocks, outstanding, could do something with them.
