Photographer’s Note

No saturation added here, believe me! This is the view from the shore of Sibuan island, near Semporna in east Sabah. The water really looks like this there. The area is the world of the Sea Bajau, stateless people, sea nomads that move between Malaysia, indonesia and the Philippines. Some of them are so poor that they live directly on boats.

I believe it. Because I had seen it myself :)

Very good choice of the blue sea for the color tone to let the boat and people stand out against the island with trees on the slope of hill.

A fine composition. Sharp.

Your idea and the composition are great, but you should consider to change the unnatural bluesh hue of the mountain to a more realistic greener hue.
