It's been more than a month I didn't do any activities in TE, due to my schedule. I'm sorry for that.
This photo was taken today at the Hiroshima Flower Festival. I'm going to post some photos of this event for this week.
Hiroshima Flower Festival is held annualy and it takes place in the golden week. This festival last for three days in May. This year, from the 3rd to the 5th of May.There are a lot of stages, shops, a small zoo and other amusement attractions along Peace Boulevard and in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. A lot of concerts, dancing shows, fashion shows, talk shows, traditional and contemporary performances featuring local citizens and other events are held throughout the area.
* I took this photo in RAW, and converted it in JPG file, which unfortunately too small after I resized for TE in the maximum sized allowed.
I'm looking forward for your critique and comment, as this is my first shot with RAW image and my first night shot, too.

Very nice to see your post again, and this one is night exposure at 1/4s which I think if without a tripod is very sharp.
I like the lighting and mood of the night. Good clarity especially showing different colors of light.
In this view, you can in fact do landscape format instead of vertical because of the dark space at both top and bottom, unless there are obstructions at either left or right side.
I see this is 800pixel vertical long side but the filesize is only 166kb, which you can fix resize compression to 100% or reduce from there to get 300kb limit now allowed [not 200kb as used before].
The new camera has definitely given you better result and quality of shot. The raw file is of course the best choice.
