Hi Peter,
It is really incredible how many details you can display in these large versions! It is quite enjoying to scroll along this scenery and study all the flowers and all other things. You seem to have had just as fine weather today in England that we have had here in Sweden today!
Kind regards

hello Peter,
a lovely May Day scene. Everything shows the promise of a good summer to come with lush grass and blue skies. However, I find the wtare trough in the left corner a minor distraction. With your cloning skills I wonder you did not clone it out? Looking at this picture closer by enlarging it I notice that the trees have a kind of halo around them. I assume that is part of the PP process? But it doesn't show in the smaller version and takes nothing away from this early summer's gift.

Hello, Peter.
Not having been too active of late on these sites, as well as having been a trifle surprised by the new appearance of TE, I must have missed this one.
As is often the case with panorama views, the smaller version just doesn't do it justice. But the full-size version shows absolutely incredible detail: I can see each blade of grass and each little spring flower.
Actually, I must disagree with Bev (glint) about the water trough: as I panned across the picture, I kept going back and forth and each time had a good look at that trough. Perhaps it is, as you say, an "anchor" and its placement right in a corner adds to this effect - even looking now at the smaller version, I cannot take my eyes off it!
An excellent picture, Peter, with incredible detail and interest and refreshing views of Spring. Now that I have my super-duper fast computer, perhaps I should have another go at panorama views with which my old machine struggled no end!
Kind Regards,
John.
