Photographer’s Note
I decided to re-submit this photo in b&w because it is the original I shot that day. Ansel Adams took this same shot back in 1936. He was a little closer to the subject. He surely had way better equipment than I. I shot this with my 1.3 mp cell phone camera. My camera and all my film got stolen out of my rental car the last day of my trip. I sure wish I had this shot on film to see what I had next to his.

He didn't lose out...His has much depth, it's just not the type that you choose to see.
I can say, somewhat interesting buildings, but what have you brought to the table? Whether we choose to acknowledge it or not, photographs have context and his photo was in the context of a different time. Also, the quality...the quality of tone and print is so far beyond that of a cell phone; what depth do you expect to show with such a lack of tonal quality?
You've proved a point; a low quality cell phone can SEE the same scene that a high quality large format camera sees...but, a low quality cell phone cannot show the same scene that that large format camera shows. There is a vital difference.
