Too many things on the view for me.

On the foreground, the blue chairs, symbol of the french riviera.

TECHNICAL PART :
Mode : M (manual)
Exposure : Spot on the withe part of the building
Aperture : F11 to avoid having too much "sparkeling effect" but enough to have a slow shutter time (2 sec), in order to have light lines insted of cars.
