Well, George, I'll go out on a limb here and state the obvious:

It takes one to know one!

This photo looks like it was maybe shot at the Buskers' Festival. We caught part of one a few years back there in your city. While I didn't know it, I was in my photographic infancy, only recognizing that now that I'm a toddler. I have to enjoy your shots and remember what we saw.
