Photographer’s Note
These two ladies were carrying the wood on their head from the forest to convert them into wood charcoal and use it for selling in the local market, cooking food, boiling water and steam irons, in the remote villages of India.
These two ladies were busy in their daily work and in a rush to get back to their home.
It was shot in the woods of Kodaikanal in south india.
