Photographer’s Note
Again, I am no landscape photographer, but I am trying to expand my skills. This is just a small tidal pool on the beach at Yehliu.
20 second exposure, tripod mounted (of course), normal post processing, uncropped, ISO 200, focal length 15mm.

Hmm, you ARE a landscape photographer and your shots are great. A wonderful dramamtic setting, and beautiful colours.
Good composition too, I like it.

I really like the composition of this picture. Following the "Golden Third rule", u have kept the pebbles 1/3 to the right, and used the rock curve as the base. Thus, when u look at the picture, u start from the bottom, and the picture draws u into it. Also, with long exposure, the water is creamy. Everything they teach you in landscape photography book can be seen in this picture.
Great shot.
Can go into any photography book.

Hi Darren,
I like this shot a lot.
The shapes are interesting and the colors are vivid.
The long exposure time is a really good choice here.
Congratulations !
Amicalement,
Michaël
