Photographer’s Note
Alchi is a small village located 67km from Leh of Ladakh region. It is situated in the bank of The Indus river. Alchi monastery is one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh. It is national heritage. It is mainly known for its 1 century wall paintings . Those are approx. 1100 years old.
The tree is an apricot tree full of flowers.
