Photographer’s Note
Back in Friuli again - Easter 2009 -, I 'discovered' this spot on the Inglagna creek, which flows along the valley and little settlement of the same name, carrying on in big leaps to finally reach the Redona dam lake - also called 'Lago di Tramonti' - which is mainly fed by the huge Meduna River.
It was a day with ever changing light and I waited for the sun to break through the clouds. I love the colours of this creek and its fellow streams with their emerald hues and white chalk stones, overgrown with yellow and light orange lychen and algae. Spring is there and fresh green is everywhere. Water is pure and transparent.
