Photographer’s Note
For somebody with a Design background and a genuine love for Urban Architecture, a visit to New York City is such an amazing experience. One of the most enjoyable things in my time spent in NYC was definetly visiting the UN Building. Designed primarily by French Architect Le Corbusier this building is a superb piece of modernist architecture wonderfully simple, in its style and function.
I have changed the levels in this photo in an attempt to bring out the very attractive colour in the glass, I thought it might be interesting to emphasize the blue in both the sky and building.

The color adjustment made a special result here Dylan. Not quite sure I like the overall dark blue on the other hand itis effectful and adds a kind of evening setting. Pov and details works well here.

Dylan, I understand what you are trying to do in this picture, but the blue tint is also enhancing the magenta on the side of the building, and the result effect is not the pleasant to the eye. Try separating the image in layers or use the select tool to isolate the different areas. Good composition though. Keep in mind that sometimes less is more.
Cheers,
E
