Photographer’s Note

I've always been a sucker for flowing water shots, and when the opportunity reared itself on this trip to Whistler- I could not resist.

People may be wondering about the water milkiness and color of the water, this cloudiness is a common Rocky mountain water trait caused by rock (or glacial) flour. The rock flour is a result of the glacial grinding which then becomes suspended in the water creating this milky effect.

I hope you like the shot,
- Dan
