this iS the world famous, 7-star hotel in Dubai, UAE - the Burj Al Arab. you may have noticed that its facade is tri-colored. actually the outside lighting of the Burj is changing every 15mins, so i have to wait for the right time when the outside lighting is on transition. feel free to comment on this pix!
