What you're looking at is just one of the many gorgeous views from the entrance to the county dump. Lake County has chosen a spot with endless views in all directions, not for estate homes or a park, but to bury our trash.
I find this sort of funny and sort of disturbing. This place is full of such examples of poor taste. It is one of the reasons Lake County still only has about 70,000 residents and continues to grow very slowly.
