Photographer’s Note
Ascension Island is a depenency of St Helena, a British Overseas Territory. An unknown jewel but to many it is almost heaven. Almost 8Deg south of the Equator it's half way between the African and S American landmasses. This picture is taken from Long Beach looking towards Georgetown.
