Photographer’s Note
This cutters stem was rising blue against the saturated blue midday sky in Kerteminde, a fishing harbour on the north eastern part of Funen (Fyn).
The area around the harbour is quite charming, and it is easy to have a chat with the local fishermen - as a matter of fact I was lectured about the sort of paint used on fisherboats to avoid algae blooming on the hull.
Here is a shot of the target flags used for the fishing nets.

Hello Jan,
I really like the POV on this. It seems quite simple, but as I've been out experimenting with POV, I've found that it isn't easy. It is also quite clear and crisp with sun (finally) after our long Danish winter. Glad to see you put your Easter break to good use!
Sincerely,
Kate
