Hi Aziz,
Exellent athmoshphere. Bad weather and probably also smog. Just to analyse the smog I try to WS.
I add this to a couple of themes with similar images. There is a pollution shot by be with a bit similar tones.

Hello Aziz,
The mist separates the buildings into 'layers' very effectively. and the small points of light catching the roofs adds sparkle to the scene. The subdued colours of gold, grey and brown are lovely.
