Photographer’s Note
The smoking of Shisha is very much part of the Arabic culture, but has now also become part of the "scene" in Dubai. You will find many shisha cafes dotted around the various areas within this city....in many cases serving the tastes of the many tourists.
Whether you like the taste of apple, cinnamon, mint or any of a multitude of flavours, there is something for every taste....to be enjoyed after a meal or simply while you socialise with friends.
I found this stack of coloured shisha pipes at a local restaurant in one of the more popular tourist locations, and thought it would make an interesting abstract type photo.

Hello Grant,
Great close crop, the near abstract pattern and colours here are very attractive. I'd have gone a bit closer still, maybe cropping of the part top right to really jam the image full. But I do like the result as it is too. Have a good WE.

Hi Grant!
Good shot of these many shishas.sometimes I smoke with friends, but the problem is you can't buy good tobacco in Germany.
I like the colors and contrast here.
