Great postcard from India. It definately fits the theme "daily life". There's nothing special happening here, no festival, no spectacle, yet the photography stands out through it's maravlous color tones adn the great sharpness. Great work!

Hello Elaine,
This little town must have been like a goldmine, judging from all your fine pictures. I like the diagonal line created by the magnificent orange turbans and the yellow saree, countered by the straight lines of shoes of interesting designs. Your composition is very neat and straightforward and it's great that you managed to capture these people quietly minding their own business, seemingly not caring the least that you were there.
And the light is excellent too.

an everyday indian shot, but well framed and with a colour contrast betwen the "hot" hues of saree and turban and the light blue walls of the house. The shoes on the wall add more interest
Sharpness on the whole picture.
