Sundown at Ukhimath, Uttaranchal. Taken form the terrace of Maithani Lodge, the hotel where I stayed.

Ukhimath, the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath, has abundance of natural beauty. Apart from the beautiful terraced fields, and a serene ambience, it offers beautiful views of the peaks of Garhwal Himalayas. Chopta, from where the trek to Tunganath starts, is 40 km from Ukhimath, whereas Sari, the starting point of the trek to Deoria tal, is just 5km.

It looks like the mountain scenery captivated many people with its cool fresh air and natural scenery, especially at sunrise and sunset hours. It may not be easy to find a good frame with feature subject in addition to the mountain view or sky.

This is interesting color tone of the sky for your dreamy effect.

If the Himalayas are the home of gods, I guess that those clouds are the smoke of their fireplaces. Simply gorgeous, the clouds and the profile of the mountains make a wonderful graphical arrangement. I don't need to mention the amazing colours, do I?

Clouds of astonishing red appearance forming like a smoke signal from dark mountain silhuette create wonderful ambient where our imagination can take place and guides us to imaginary places, yes, to dreamland.
