Nice colours and a nice, relaxed feel about this photo. But there are lots of flaws; the horizon is tilted, there's too much darkness at the bottom, the subject is centered and the file size is very small (65K) making it difficult to do anything with it. HOWEVER, there is definitely a good shot in there somewhere, so I tried a workshop...

Hi, Alvaro, maybe you could have cropped a bit around, from the sky, which whiteness on top steals a bit from the remarkable atmosphere of your pix and from that grass spot bottom left, with has an unnatural blue refraction.
The sun reflection cutting across the river and the boat is adding to the composition, and you did catch an eerie sunset with people.
