Photographer’s Note
This is the Lions Gate Bridge which joins downtown Vancouver to that part of the city on the north side of the harbour - the "North Shore". Most of the access to the skiing venues for the 2010 Olympics will be via this bridge (though we do have one more in reserve!). I waited for a ship to pass under the bridge to complete the photo but none came and the light was about to die, so you'll have to wait for that image.
