Hello Bedjoss,
I have some comments, I hope you do not mind.
first of all there is no comment at all. In many of your pictures comments are missing.
Concerning the picture in itself, there is a tilted horizon.
This is an error which is easy to spot, and it must be corrected.
Then the quality of the grain is not so good, but that is not a real problem.
The real problem here is that this picture does not have a subject.
I do not know where to look at. The red flag ? The boat ? People working on the beach ?
Any of these things are hidden by something else, or are out of focus, or are placed in a dark part of the picture.
I think that the first rule for any picture is that there must be a subject, a place where the eyes are actracted. It can be a single point, or an ensable of things, but the eyes must go somewhere automatically.
