As already posted this immigrant was totally absorved by the feeding of the birds. He had this whole package of bisquits and generously giving it away.
Observing him some contrasts came to mind:
His sensitivity/the cruelty of the authorities
His generosity/his disrespectful fellow citizens
His hope/our vanity
The way people treat him/the way these people's ancestors have been treated by others
And a question arises:
Why is it so difficult for humanity to love?
