This is my 1000th posting to TE !

Since days I am thinking ; “what shall I post” ? And at last I’ve decided to post this “oldie” from 1974.
All those kids are now around their late thirties. They all have one or more children in this ages. But only a few part of them is keeping any contacts to each other. Allthough they have been quite good friends 35 years ago.
No matter which points we get to our entries, which comments or critics; in my opinion –as one of the senior members of the site- one of the the most important missions of this site is, that it helped us to create such nice friendships !
And this is absolutely what our aged world today nieds : friendships, good and unconditional friendships !

To this occasion; many many thanks to all my friends at TE, whom I didn’t know before 24.01.2006 . I enjoy their friendship so much !

Bu kare benim TE’ye yolladıığım 1000.kare !
Günlerden beri, bugüne uygun ne gönderebilirim diye uzun uzun düşündüm ve sonunda 1974 senesinde çekilen bu kareyi göndermeye karar verdim.
Bu karedeki çocuklar şimdilerde otuzlu yazşlarını geride bırakmak üzereler. Ve hepsinin de şimdilerde bu karedeki veya daha büyük yaşlarda bir veya birkaç çocuğu var. Ancak çok azı biribirleriyle teması sürdürebiliyorlar. 35 sene evvel çok iyi arkadaş olmalarına rağmen.
Gönderilerimize kaç puan verirlerse versinler; ne tür kritik yazarlarsa yazsınlar – bu sitenin –yaşça en büyük üyelerinden biri olarak- inancım o ki, TE nin en önemli misyonlarından birisi de üyeleri arasında oluşturduğu dostluklar !
Ve yaşlı dünyamızın bugün en çok ihtiyaç duyduğu kavramlardan birisi de : dostluk ! Karşılıksız dostluk !

Bu vesile ile , 24.01.2006 dan önce hiçbirini tanımadığım TE dostlarımın hepsine koskocaman bir “merhaba” . Dostluklarıyla öylesine mutluyum ki !

My congratulation on this occasion. 1000 - only a few have reached this number and the number here is less important than the beauty of your images. Friendship - przyjaźń in Polish - I think I also have found it on TE and it is what counts. Wonderful kids. Was the photo made in kindergarten? They are in the age of my son. What they do now, I wonder. Probably they work, have they families, children like those here.

Çok teşekkürler ve daha nice 1000 lere. Tanımayanlar için : Dizi yaralı olan benim. :-) 1974 Haziranı olduğuna göre 3,5 yaşındayım. Ne güzel bir mahalleydi orası. Çocukluğumuz çok keyifli geçti. Diğer bir çok şey gibi artık böyle mahallelerde kalmadı. Bu karenin bize hediye ettiğiniz kopyası hala albümümde duruyor. Başkaları da var. Meşhur armut ağacının tepesinde olanlar mesela.
