Photographer’s Note
The Spissky Hrad (Spissky Castle) is beautiful. I love that castle and it is particularly nice in a white coat.
Walking on the field to get a better view, I found that cross interesting for a foreground and discovered that John Pavol 2 left a memory of his trip in Slovakia a few years ago.
It is a sentence written on that cross. Translated in english, it means "Oh resurected Christ, in your celebrated wounds accept all the painful wounds of the existing individual. - John Paul 2"

A very nice composition, Stephane, which emphasizes the starkness of the scene. The cross looks very isolated and alone. This does not appear to be a place where life is easy! The one thing I might change is that the snow looks gray, not white; a Levels adjustment would probably help. Regards, Ken.

Salut Steph,
Belle contribution
