Interesting shot, Lucky!
Good use of composition and shutter speed to get this time-feeling and depth atmosphere shot. It's a very moody and special shot, well spotting the statue within the sea (any explanation for this??) under a winter cloudy skies.

magnifique photo avec un coté surnaturel. Trouver ce buste sur cette plage est halucinant à moins que ce soit ta composition. En tout cela donne uncliché original et très bien réalisé avec l'exposition relativement longue donnant à l'eau un joli filé. Bravo.

So, either you are a master of finding odd things on the shorelne - or you have, so to speak, a bag of tricks up your sleeve! A bust of "whoever that is" - a blue whale - I'm sure I'm missing some profound political reference here - but it wouldn't be the first time - or the last!

A great shot, Alain. The colours and the statue remind me of a Willink painting. Excellent 1/5 seconds to create that smooth and swooping effect on the water. I wonder if you could add some more information on the (political?) head in the water...and whether you intended this as a kind of allegory, or just went for the graphics here. Impressive shot!
