Photographer’s Note

CRANES catch your eye upon your arrival here, of course I fell in love with them at first sight as soon as I arrived here.
After living here for over 4 years, my love is still the same or even stronger.
I can't imagine Gdańsk without cranes, there was a plan to destroy them, then I heard of the idea of putting them on a protected heritage list.
Today we had nice weather, despite the frost, the sunlight was brilliant:)

Great industrial picture, with the railway leading to the background including these cranes. They look like sleeping dinosaurs.

Robione z mostu Błędnik? Interesujące. Tory znakomicie prowadzą wzrok ku dźwigom. Od kilku miesięcy chodzi za mną aby zrobić sesję "industrialną" ale kiedy przychodzi weekend i tak jadę na odludzie... może kiedyś...

Czesc Gosia.
Bardzo podoba mi sie taka industrialna kompozycja. Polaczylas dwa motywy ktore ludzie w takich celach wykorzystuja: kolej i dzwigi.
Swietny pomysl. Wydaje mi sie ze jest lekko krzywe.

very interesting industrial shot with a good composition.The railway tracks are guiding us to the main theme of the picture.Fine light conditions.TFS.

all the vertical lines make it look like an abstract.. beautiful proportions and contrasts..great one! Perfect light!
