Photographer’s Note
Here's the photo of a people walking around Red Square in 14 of February. Photo made from the inside of St Basil Cathedral, when I watched from the gallery I was stroke by the Brueghelian taste of the picture in front of me - all these black figures on a white snow.
To make this even more Breughelian some of them have to be skating, but if you'll look at the far right part of the photo, at the steps of GUM, you will see the skating-ring.
So here it is!

Hi Uhu,
A very fine street scene, that could very well have been from much older days! Not a single car in sight! An excellent and well composed picture, showing daily life here.
Kind regards

An excellent title for this scene. Breughelin indeed! Your POV shows off the architecture of the square very well. The snow too as you say enhances the Breughelian effect. But would that be Breughals the elder?

Hello Uhu.
A very pleasing shot with lots of details, just like a Breughel indeed! Good viewpoint adopted here and a pretty good exposure of the snow and the moody winter sky. I was in this square a long time ago - 1974! And the same sort of weather! Good work.

Uhu,
This is a nice shot of red square. The inclusion of the piece of building, tree and statue in the foreground helps create nice depth for the scene. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The people add a nice sense of scale for the shot.

Hello Uhu,
This is a very nice snowy view of Red Square taken from inside of St. Basil's Cathedral. The whole area, including the magnificent architecture, is beautiful. I like the way you included the corner of the cathedral adding color and interest to the picture.

Zdravo Uhu. A very fine composition filled with a happy mood as the square fills with people. The brightly coloured buildings contrast nicely against the white of the snow.I like your POV from your high perch (like an owl), and I love the details of part of the cathedral. Exceptional clarity. Hello Uhu
A fine photo of Red Square showing it not only from a pov not commonly seen but also in conditions not commonly photographed. It has an unique quality, is very sharp and indeed has a Brueghelian taste! Tfs, Marlene

Hello owly,
An unusual view of the red square, usually photographed facing the kremlin. I have been there quite some times and this is really a good view. And as you say it reminds of some of the Bruegel paintings of my home region. But the similarity ends there...

Hallo Vladimir! ;-)
A really great photo of a great place! There's somehow really a relationship with Breughel's paintings! All these beautiful details here really are intriguing and impressive. Surely one of your best photos - even with a grey sky! a most interesting one!

This pov is just great, especially with all these snow and people walking around. So full of life in spite of the weather. I also like the part of the red & white building you included on the left.
