Photographer’s Note

Flowers play a large part of Indian life style as they are used daily in pujas (worship)that are performed in every house how ever small or large it may be.
Thus, many people make their livelihood by producing or selling flowers, just as this lady does by wondering the streets shouting "Ueee! Ueeee!" (means - flowers) and selling them to whomever can hear her (need flowers).
I selected this shot as you can clearly see the colorful flowers and the manner of caring them. Plus, her sari (Indian ladies dress)is very noticeable.

great photo - the pattern of shadows on the ground makes a great background.
my only question mark is that i think you used a little too much colour saturation - even the girl's face is slightly red. i would fade it just a little, and it would look perfect.
