Photographer’s Note

7 am. Beautiful lake, blue fog, the tripod is sliding down, so - no tripod. Lenses get misted - so - hectically cleaning. No couples cruising around yet - the rush-hour is coming soon, but that early we (me and my sleepy husband) are the only (crasy) visitors here:-))

Good use of diagonals here. Like the way you have used the park bench and the slope of the ground here. The light is very well managed and gives this shot its flavor. And as a result of the light, the muted colors are good too. Beautifully done Lena! I would say it was worth the early hours. :)

Wonderful photograph, with the near far relationship, I'm pulled into it immediately. The framing is perfect. (Nice camera too!) I thought about the image with a little more color due to the light projecting through the leaves, and just a little more sense of illumination into the haze. I will provide a workshop, hope you like it.

Hi! I like the hill line there, mmake a good composition and nice background for the bench. You add bench in a little dark light tht makes reall athmosphere of fall morning.

Beaucoup de mystère dans cette photo. Le côté sombre est très bien exploité... le regard est invité à scruter la lumière naissante derrière le bouquet d'arbre. On ressent l'humidité des lieux, l'odeur des sous bois.

The great point here are colors, I think they make most of the atmosphere. It's almos B&W and I like such tones very much. Piotr.

The light and colours build an atmosphere of sadness and sorrow. Besides its lonelyness the bench is nicely used to build the perspective.

Wow! Perfect composition, hushed but beautiful colors, morning mist over the lake, and most of all this bench smartly placed in bottom left corner - all this creates great sad and blue autumn mood.

Lena, I like your shots with this special light. Excellent mood you created here. The bench in the foreground adds a nice perspective and your composition let's me wonder what might be behind the small hill. I like it.
