this is was taken from a bit afar (will upload the brunt bridge pic tmmrow), behind the nagargunasagar dam..near hyderabad.. think the people in the picture are all together, along with the green lungi clad guy...if the dam gates are open then this place is usually submerged in water, however when i had gone the water level was pretty low,and one could venture in..the rectangular enclosure provides for some sturdy grounding where people can walk in..
