Photographer’s Note

Sydney skyline as seen looking up from the Botanical Gardens, near Farm Cove. On this day a few of us Trekers were looking mainly for wild-life photos including the flying foxes and native birds, but the setting was also quite OK as well.

Hi Murray,

The presence of the persons has an effect of scale. The trees are framing well the highrise buildings. The poinf of view takes our eyes toward the buildings which is giving perspective to the photo. The quality of the light brings out the colors. Have a nice day.

The lush green vegetation makes very good foreground and frame for the magnificent modern buildings, looking great against the blue sky. Very well captured!

Nice pov having the buildings rise over the trees, the greens must be a good refreshment in this hot australian summer and the structures give a good new world feeling.
