Turning the camera 90 degrees would have given a better aspect ratio for this architectural shot, and allowed more of the city to be seen.
You've exposed for the sky - was this intentional (i.e. making a silouette of the tower) if you did you've overexposed a little.
Your note talks about the clock - so I guess this is the subject, perhaps shooting when the sun is not behind the subject would make a much clearer image of the clock.
