Photographer’s Note
Every evening, at dusk, the Crown Casino at Melbourne puts up a fire show. There are gas-supplied columns of fire that burn at intervals, in synch, one after the other and in various combinations.
A good view of this can be had from the opposite bank of the Yarra, next to the Aquarium.
Although there are 6 columns, I could only capture 4 of them using a focal length of 28mm.
Those who know what the Crown Casino logo looks like, will also know that there is a little bit of a camera shake, even though I used my pocket tripod. Excitement of the moment, I suppose.
