Photographer’s Note
The day before we set off on a 26 mile charity challenge over the three peaks of Yorkshire, we went on a 'warm-up' wander around the area.
This scene caught my attention for the lone tree, two cows conversing and the stone walls forming wonderful diagonal lines in particular.
It's also a bittersweet memory, as this was the only sunshine we had all weekend. Of the ten hours it took us to complete the 26 mile challenge, it rained for at least 8 of them so needless to say we didn't see much of this beautiful scenery!

Hi Cora,
Excellent composition and looks very realistic. Including teh cows was a nice touch. My eyes are instantly drawn to then before exploring the rest of the shot. Teh lines are cool
Well done

Cora,
This is a fantastic landscape. The stone walls create nice lines and angles throughout the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. The lone tree attracts the eye away from the cows which seem to be the main subject.
TFS,
Asa
