Photographer’s Note
This was the last place we stopped on our trip, the most difficult to access, the hottest but absolutly the most beautifull. The diamond of this place is this fall: Havasu fall, about 30 meters high. Havasu is traduce by blue/green water, color you can see on foot of the fall and you can see on a larger way on my next post with a long time exposure, what is probably my best shot with antelope canyon

Hi Alexis,
i've read about this place when I had my honeymoon in the US but I missed it, and it's a pity! Good vertical framing, beautiful vivid colors.

Hi Alexis,
Wonderful shot! It makes me realize that maybe I should go through all the trouble to get there and finally see this place with my own eyes! ;o)
That blue sky and the colour of the water are amazing. The whole scenery looks almost unreal. I might have cropped the bottom a bit and eliminated maybe a centimetre of black, but otherwise it's a splendid picture.
Thanks for sharing, see you around

hi Alexis,
the low point of view works very well to focus attention on the power of the waterfall, and vertical format certainly helps. the shot seems a little dark, but that might be because of the monitor I'm looking at.
best,
Kristine

Hi, Alexis.
The fact you came all the way down here is already worth several smileys. It's very easy to discuss photography online, things become a bit more difficult when you got to hike for hours in more than 40 degrees heat to reach locations like this one. Lots of people seem to forget that, I don't, as I know how it feels like. So... on top of being a good shot : chapeaux, that's the right spirit! Have a nice evening, I'll be seeing you.
Fulvio.

Alexis,
this is an absolute must in my list! I am completely jealous!
I was told that there was a very bad flood in this region destroying the entire visual of it last year. Where you there prior to this or already after it?
Nice detail that you opted for the fast shutter at 1/800s contrary to what I see most of the time the typical slow shutter with the water as a silk drop.
