Photographer’s Note
Lunch break in the streets of Saigon's business district is a time for office workers to feast on sidewalk food stalls, Saigon's version of hawkers food, hence this photo is decidedly focused on the pork and veggie combo on top of the grill.
Though they indeed contribute to the challenges in relation to global warming, it is amazing how these enterprising individuals are able to do barbecue wrapped in vegetables and sell them same for about 50 US cents for three pieces, in the process feeding up to 30 office workers and earning for himself a day's wage.

Noogy! Galing!! I always wanted to visit Vietnam! how does the ihaw-ihaw compare?? the food their is great i hear, of course nothing beats my litsion manok hehe. Well composed shot, great decision on focusing on the flaming grill. Very well composed shot, the details are very impressive, especially the strong color and detail of the flames.
