Photographer’s Note
In January, a layer of clouds is used to cover the Lake Geneva for a long period (1, 2 or 3 weeks). It is commonly called stratus!
Fortunately, with the mountains around, we can leave. We appreciate the moment: the sun, the view of a sea of clouds!
This photo was taken during a short walk on snowshoes at the top of the Tęte de l'Ecutieux.
