Photographer’s Note
In Morocco the donkey is an important animal for transporting goods and you will see them carrying just about everything, from collecting the rubish to transporting people, vegetables, gas bottles, pulling carts etc... and you will often encounter them loaded up in the narrow streets of the medina (old city) or just about anywhere else carrying their burden. One of the things they are used for to transport in Fes is the leather to the tanneries. They have just offloaded these bundles here to the tanneries ready for dying in the giant pits of colour.
Moroccan leather and particularly leather from Fes is said to be amongst the best in the world, and is still processed in the same way used for 100's of years.

Hi Wanda
Very stable composition
Morocco is ahead of other African countries except Europe in dyed growth. Why? What made you think so? hum.^^

Hoi Wanda,
Groetjes,
Henk

Hi Wanda,
you capture this daily life scene with great detail and sharpness from an excellent elevated pov. Nice work! These donkeys almost look to fragile to work so hard, but the markings on their back are evidence to their labor...
Thanks and take care,
Linda

Wanda,
Wonderful details here with so much to look at. You captured the essence of the place, it looks kind of not very pleasant to be near. Great daily life image. Thanks

Hello Wanda. Your photo gives an idea of the leather handicraft. The topic is very interesting. In your photo the important within a close framework is to be seen. A good shot. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Bonjour Wanda,

Hello Wanda
At least this kind of transport doesn't need petrol nor it does pollute ;)
A good documentary shot taken from a well chosen high pov, which got pleasant color tonalities and contrast. Thanks for the interesting note too!
Cheers
